At Deusay Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your eyelashes, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date
• Item must be in its original packaging and condition
• Item must not have been worn or tampered with

Refund:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s)
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
• Refunds will be minus any shipping costs

Exceptions:

• Final sale items (marked as "final sale" on product page)
• Custom or personalized orders
• Items that are damaged or worn
